Solaris Healthcare Apopka is now hiring a full-time Registered Nurse ( RN ) for our Wound Care position. The Wound Care Registered Nurse ensures that the high quality of nursing care is delivered efficiently and effectively, supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel on the assigned unit, manages resident care through MDS, care planning process, and resident assessments/observations, and directs the Infection Control program for the facility. WOUND CARE REGISTERED NURSE
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License by the State
- Wound Care Certification Desired
- Skilled Nursing Experience Preferred
- Must have good assessment skills, self motivated with good customer service skills
- Able to work well with wound care consultant and organization is important
